Mental health awareness becomes meaningful only when individuals understand how to apply it in real life. Project Soch combines knowledge, discussion, and practical application to help people learn simple techniques that improve emotional wellbeing and resilience.

Project Soch hosts live sessions where individuals from diverse backgrounds share their personal experiences and coping strategies related to mental and emotional wellbeing.

These moderated groups provide safe spaces where individuals can share their thoughts and experiences, sometimes anonymously, while receiving emotional support from others.

Educational resources such as blogs, videos, podcasts, and infographics are created to help people better understand emotional health and learn practical coping strategies.

We will also be soon starting a podcast on mental health. The podcast will focus on helping people get practical structured tools, techniques that they can use in their lives to manage their mental and emotional state.
