ICHARS Support Foundation means ICHARS Support Foundation, a Section 8, Not for Profit Company, having its registered office at Bungalow No.11, Aaram Nagar 2, Andheri West, Mumbai, Maharashtra, India – 400061;

14. Force majeure
ICHARS Support Foundation shall not be held to be in breach of its obligations hereunder nor liable to the User for any loss or damage which may be suffered by another party due to any cause beyond its reasonable control including without limitation any act of God, fire, storm, flood, lightning, disease, strike, trade dispute, the act of terrorism, any act or omission of government or regulatory bodies or communications operators.

How do the donated funds make use of?
Donated funds will be used to hire a full-time team, conduct awareness camps/workshops, train volunteers, respite care, develop training material/videos, conduct research, subsidize services to the lower-income strata.

We value your trust in providing us with your Personal Information. Your personal details will not be shared with anyone else. And also data will not be sold to partners. We may use some of the data to analyze the trends and needs of caregivers in a region or for a medical condition.

When we receive your donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet our patients and their family’s unmet needs. Because the ICHARS Support Foundation puts all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made in receipt of gift items.
If the ICHARS Support Foundation offers a gift with a donation and there is a choice of gifts, please choose carefully. We do not give refunds if you change your mind or make a wrong decision.
Purchased Event Tickets
The ICHARS Support Foundation may offer, from time to time, tickets for fundraising events where a percentage of the event donation will go help support the Foundation’s efforts. In such cases, when we receive your event donation, we believe it was your full intention to support our efforts to meet our beneficiaries and their family’s unmet needs. Because the ICHARS Support Foundation put all donations to work quickly, we do not offer refunds on any donations or any donations made for events. The ticket may be transferred to another designated attendee. Please notify the ICHARS Support Foundation of this transfer at info@ichars.foundation.
Please Note: Refunds, exchanges, or credit note will not be offered on items that have been damaged or worn.
