An initiative by the ICHARS Support Foundation to support future mental health professionals with accessible, confidential, and compassionate care — because those who care for others deserve care too.
Psychology students spend years studying human behaviour, emotions, and mental health — yet they face their own personal struggles, academic stress, and life challenges just like anyone else.
The ICHARS Support Foundation is committed to making professional guidance more accessible. Through this initiative, we offer free therapy sessions specifically for psychology students — ensuring those learning to care for others have a safe space to care for themselves.
These sessions are designed entirely around your personal well-being and emotional clarity — not your academic performance or professional development.
A private space where you can openly share your thoughts and experiences without hesitation or fear of disclosure.
A warm, supportive setting to discuss personal concerns — free from evaluation, judgement, or professional consequences.
Receive emotional support and practical insights from practitioners formally trained in Cognitive Hypnotic Coaching (CHC) and Cognitive Hypnotic Psychotherapy (CHP).

What is the Pay-It-Forward model?

All sessions conducted under this initiative are strictly confidential.
Your privacy and personal information will be deeply respected at every stage.
